How it works 


Our onboarding process is very thorough and includes four separate 45-minute calls, typically over the span of several weeks.

Our Process

Step 1- The “Discovery” Call

The first step is to have a high-level discovery call in which we will talk about goals, concerns, past experiences, expectations, family dynamic, etc. At this time, we will also start to get your accounts synced up and organized with our financial planning software, Elements Financial Planning. This call helps us make sure that the plan we put together fits in with your unique needs.

Step 2- The “Getting Organized” call

After you've provided the needed information and added as many accounts as you can, we'll hop on another call to talk through all of your different accounts, their purpose, your plans with them, etc. We’ll also talk through your monthly spending so that we all have a clear understanding of your cash flow.

Step 3- The “Financial Rollout PLAN” call

This call will analyze and evaluate your current financial status and look through other items. At this point, we will outline the plan together, determine strengths and weaknesses, and help fill in the gaps.

Step 4- The “Risk Tolerance Questionare and Investment” Call

When we are ready to open up new accounts and move money, we'll walk through our firm's investment philosophy and strategy, determine your risk capacity and tolerance, and select portfolios for your different accounts.
